There are two reasons why I think so. First, the very existence of nuclear weapons threatens the entire world. If nuclear weapons fall into the hands of terrorists, the consequences could be disastrous. Second, nuclear weapons could cause unexpected nuclear accidents, such as the sinking of a nuclear submarine or the detonation of a nuclear missile in its silo. Nuclear weapons would do irreparable damage to the environment.
